Rich Leitch

Duncan Watt
Duncan Watt has built a strong reputation within the Toronto Mets program as both a coach and player development leader. A former infielder himself, Duncan competed with the Ontario Prospects 17U/18U before moving on to collegiate baseball. He played at Muscatine Community College in 2011 and then at Westminster College in Pennsylvania (2012–2016), where he was named a PAC Honorable Mention in 2015 and served as Team Captainduring his senior year.

Following his playing career, Duncan immediately transitioned into coaching with the Mets. Since 2016, he has served in a variety of roles across multiple age groups, including time as an assistant with the 16U and 18U teams, before stepping into head coaching positions at nearly every level of the program. Over the past decade, he has led teams at the 15U, 16U, and 17U levels, consistently helping players develop and advance. In 2025, Duncan enters his latest season as the 16U Head Coach.
In addition to his head coaching duties, Duncan currently serves as the Toronto Mets Infield Coordinator and Hitting Coordinator, overseeing skill development across the program. His combination of playing experience, leadership, and instructional expertise continues to make him a key part of the Mets coaching staff.

Peter Angelow

Jordan Prosper
Jordan Prosper is a highly respected pitching coach with more than a decade of experience developing arms at the elite level. Since 2019, he has served as the Pitching Coordinator for the Toronto Mets Baseball Club, where he plays a key role in guiding pitchers throughout the program. He is also the Field Manager for the Janetville Jays (2018 and 2019 born teams), continuing his commitment to player development at multiple levels.

Before joining the Mets, Jordan spent several years with the Oshawa Legionnaires, first as a coach from 2012–2019 and later as Pitching Coordinator (2018–2019). During that time, he helped guide his 2005-born team to a 4th place finish at the Ray Carter Cup. He also gained valuable provincial-level experience as an Evaluator for the Ontario Youth Team (2015–2020) and as the team’s Pitching Coach in 2016.
Jordan’s coaching background also includes leading the EOBA Peewee All Stars in 2015 and 2016, managing at Centennial Secondary School from 2010–2013, and working extensively with youth players across the region. His long-standing commitment to pitcher development and ability to work with athletes of all ages make him a cornerstone of the Mets’ coaching staff.
