TORONTO METS JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: 2026/2027 SEASON

The Toronto Mets Baseball Club is excited to announce the return of the Junior Mets Development Program for its 4th consecutive year. Widely recognized as one of Ontario’s premier youth development initiatives, the program has helped dozens of young athletes sharpen their skills, gain confidence, and take major strides in their baseball journeys.

This year’s program will be hosted at the Mets’ state-of-the-art Baseball Performance Center in Aurora (24 Desjardins Way), giving players access to a world-class training environment designed specifically for high-performance baseball development.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Dates: November 2026 – April 2027

  • Schedule: Mondays 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturdays 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Location: 24 Desjardins Way, Aurora

  • Duration: Over 20 weeks of structured training

  • Cost: $2,750 + HST

  • Eligibility: Open to all Rep and Select players ages 8U–13U

WHAT SETS THE PROGRAM APART

Led by former professional and college baseball players, the Junior Mets Development Program offers players the opportunity to refine their pitching, hitting, and fielding skills in a structured, high-energy environment. The training model is built on the same principles that have helped the Toronto Mets become one of Canada’s top development organizations, producing Team Canada players, NCAA scholarship athletes, and MLB draft picks.
