Commitment Alert | Mitch Bratt

by Darryl Reid

Congratulations to 2021 LHP Mitch Bratt (@BrattMitchell) who has committed to continue his academics and play baseball at Florida State University...home of the Seminoles.  FSU is one of the best NCAA Division 1 baseball schools in the country, having won 40 or more games in 42 consecutive seasons while also reaching the NCAA tournament in each of those years.  In 2019, the Noles' made the College World Series for the 17th time under Mike Martin Sr.  When Mitch gets on campus in the fall of 2021, he will have a new head coach as Mike Martin Jr. has taken over for his Hall of Fame dad with a plan that will continue the winning ways.  As he prepares for that first day on campus, Mitch was drawn to the incredible tradition that is FSU..."This campus has so much history and I can't wait to be a part of it...Walking on to that field the first day I knew this was home. The winning heritage here at FSU is incredible.  I can't wait to keep this tradition alive as a 'Nole!"

We would like wish Mitch the best of luck as he prepares for the fall of 2021.
