Commitment Alert | Virot Siharath

Congratulations to 2021 RHP Virot Siharath on his commitment to Virginia Commonwealth University. VCU is a NCAA Division I school in Richmond, Virginia. Siharath will have a Canadian connection at VCU with Pitching Coach Mike McRae who is a Niagara Fall native. 

Virot was very happy to announce his commitment.

"Super exited to announce my commitment to further my education and baseball career at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). I would like to thank my parents, friends, coaches, and teammates for getting me to where i am today... go rams!"

The Rams enjoyed a very successful 2019 season going 39-19 playing in the Atlantic Conference. 

"Virot is a very talented kid on the mound. He has a very high ceiling.  Virot has a tremendous work ethic and he will only continue to get better. Congratulations to Virot and his family. I look forward to continued successes and being part of his journey to VCU," says Rich Leitch Director of Baseball and the Virot's Head Coach.
