Demarius Shepherd Commits to Kankakee CC

Toronto Mets 2024 IF Demarius Shepherd has announced his commitment to NJCAA Division I Kankakee Community College in Kankakee, Illinois. 

Demarius is the 15th commit for the Mets 2024 class. He will join former Met, 2023 C Nate King and current teammate 2024 RHP Maddox Quesnelle at Kankakee and compete for Head Coach Bryce Shafer.

Demarius is the son of Ian (Pookie) and Shasta Shepherd. He will graduate from Senator O'Connor High School in the spring.
