Kavan White Commits to Wayne State

Toronto Mets 2024 LHP Kavan White has announced his commitment to NCAA Division II Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Kavan is the 11th commit for the Mets 2024 class. There are currently 3 former Mets Alumni at WSU, LHP Keegan Pulford-Thorpe (2019), C Matt Ferris (2019) and SS CJ Maury (2020).  Kavan will compete for Head Coach Ryan Kelley with the Warriors.

Kavan is the son of Dave and Melanie White. He will graduate from Donald A. Wilson High School in the spring.
