MARCH Alumni of the Month - BEN JONES

Ben Jones, has been named Alumni of the Month for March by the Toronto Mets baseball team. Jones, who transferred to Dayton Flyers after his time at Mineral Area, is being recognized for his outstanding achievements for the month of March

After his successful stint at Mineral Area, Jones transferred to Dayton Flyers where he continued to excel both academically and athletically.

Jones hit .440 with an on base percentage of .500 and slugging .880.  He picked up 22 hits including seven doubles and five Home Runs. Jones scored 14 runs and drove in 15 RBI's for the month. 

Jones' dedication and commitment to excellence both on and off the field make him a worthy recipient of the Alumni of the Month award. The Toronto Mets are proud to recognize his achievements and wish him continued success this season.
