On the year, he combined for 113.2 IP between Double-A (Binghamton Rumble Ponies) and Triple-A (Syracuse Mets), posting a 1.43 ERA and a .92 WHIP with 179 strikeouts. He allowed just two home runs in that span.
His minors career line (to that point) stood at 57 games, 16-11 record, 2.54 ERA, 247.2 innings, 377 strikeouts.
Jonah is the first minor-league pitcher since 1963 to lead the minors in both ERA and strikeouts. His performance propelled him into Top 100 prospect lists and vaulted him into the Mets’ future-rotation conversation. He was also named New York Mets organization Pitcher of the Year.
Jonah made his MLB debut with the Mets on August 29, 2025, earning the win against the Miami Marlins and 2017 Mets alum Catcher Liam Hicks
