Mets Alumni - Week Five

PITCHERS

RYAN CAPUANO - threw four plus innings this week over three games picking up his fourth save of the season, striking out three batters. 

DREW HOWARD - In two starts this week, Howard threw 12 innings, racking up 10 strikeouts, and only giving up one earned run in two no decisions. 

ADAM KHAN - threw 2.1 innings in relief this week giving up three runs on two hits and striking out one batter.

MARSHALL LEISHMAN - threw four innings striking out four batters, while giving up seven runs, all earned.

BLAKE MACMILLAN - threw four innings scattering four hits and giving up one run. MACMILLAN picked up two strikeouts.

HAYDEN SIMON - threw an inning and two thirds of shutout baseball giving up two hits and striking out a batter.

TURNER SPOLJARIC - threw an inning giving up three earned runs.

ZAK SZABO - gave up two earned runs in two thirds of an inning.

CATCHERS

EVAN MAGILL - three hits, three RBI's, four walks and three runs

SAM MITCHAM - had two hits, scored three runs, and drove in a run, while blasting his third home-run of the season.

INFIELD

JACOB BONZON - picked up an RBI double in seven at bats this week.

DANIEL CARINCI -  collected four hits, two runs, and and RBI.

JUSTIN CARINCI - JUSTIN CARINCI went four for seven this week with three runs a double and his third home-run of the season. 

COLE IANTOMASI - in two games this week, Iantomasi went four for seven, with five runs scored, six RBI's, two doubles and a triple.

BEN JONES - big week for Jones collecting seven hits, scoring five runs, driving in six RBI's, and slugging two doubles and his second and third home-runs of the season.

GREG LACHANCE - collected three hits, three RBI's and belted his fifth home-run of the season.

BRANDO LEROUX - picked up a hit and RBI this week

LEO MARKOTIC - collected four hits and four RBI's including a triple.

OUTFIELD

JAKE BUCOVETSKY - picked up two hits, three walks and a stolen base.

BRODY BLACK - had four hits, scored five runs, belted two doubles and drove in two RBI's

CHARLIE IRIOTAKIS - made the most of his appearances this week. Picked up one hit and three RBI's to go along with two walks. 

ZACH KOUROUS - collected two hits an RBI including a double, scored four runs, and picked up his first stolen base of the season. 

NOEL MCGARRY-DOYLE - three hits, three runs, two RBI's including his fifth home-run of the season. 

BRYCE ELIAS - picked up a hit and an RBI

TWO - WAY

CADEN SHAPIRO - picked up six hits and six RBI's including a double and scored three runs. He also threw an inning striking out one and gave up one earned run.
