Sam McKay Commits to Canisius

Toronto Mets 2025 RHP Sam McKay has announced his commitment to NCAA Division I Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

The Ottawa native is the latest Toronto Met to choose to compete for the Golden Griffs under Head Coach Matt Mazurek which includes former 2015 9th round pick Connor Panas (2011).

Sam is the 9th commit of the Mets 2025 class

Sam is the son of John McKay and Amanda Cahoon. He is a graduate of Colonel By Secondary School.
