Toronto Mets 14U Win All Prospects Wood Bat Tournament

The Toronto Mets 14U team led by Head Coach Drew Roberts captured the All Prospects Wood Bat Championship this past weekend at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor by defeating the Leaside Leafs 6-2 in the final.

The Mets went 4-1 over the weekend highlighted by strong pitching from Hayden McAllister, Grayson Seisl and Kyle Peterson who combined to strike out 23 hitters.

The Mets were led offensively by Evan Walker and Daniel Dery who drove in 5 runs each and Jonah Javier who hit .500 over the course of the tournament.
